Winon Lye is the Founder and Managing Director of RENIV Group, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in marketing, manufacturing, technology and strategic business development. His cross-industry expertise spans Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, and Retail—forming the foundation of RENIV’s growth as a forward-looking and diversified organisation.
Over the course of his career, he has led high-impact initiatives for global corporations such as Néstle, Procter & Gamble, Hawley & Hazel, Guinness Anchor Berhad, DKSH, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Hewlett-Packard, Maxis, Citibank, Tesco, and many others.
