Mr. Winon Lye is the Founder and Managing Director of RENIV® Group, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in marketing, manufacturing, technology and strategic business development. His cross-industry expertise spans Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, and Retail, forming the foundation of RENIV®’s growth as a forward-looking and diversified organisation.
Over the course of his career, he has led high-impact initiatives for global corporations such as Néstle, Procter & Gamble, Hawley & Hazel, Guinness Anchor Berhad, DKSH, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Hewlett-Packard, Maxis, Citibank, Tesco, and many others.
Under his leadership, RENIV® has expanded into key business divisions including advanced packaging and smart product solutions. As a strategic partner of internationally renowned brands, such as ASSA ABLOY, Yale, St. Guchi, TESA, and Nevador, RENIV® plays a pivotal role across both retail and project development markets.
